Five Survive Review | TBR & Beyond Tours

So excited to be back with another TBR & Beyond Blog Tours! Even more excited, because Holly Jackson is one of my favorite authors, and I’m so happy I was chosen to review her latest book! Make sure you check out everyone else on the blog tour!

Holly Jackson definitely knows how to pack a LOT into one book!! She demonstrated that with her first series, A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder, and I loved all of the books in that series! I was definitely excited to see what she came up with next and she delivered on a wild ride!

While Red as a narrator was a little hard to get used to at first, the plot definitely starts quickly and does NOT stop! While the characters weren’t necessarily likeable, their dynamics with each other and reaction to the situation were absolutely fascinating! I did not want to put this book down, and I do love a locked room type thriller, it always elevates the tension!

Overall rating: 4/5 stars!

One of you knows something. A secret. You know who you are and you know what it is.

It was love; thorny and complicated and sad and happy. But it was a red feeling too.
